RAIL-TO-RAIL, 1MHz SC70 OP AMP WITH 1µA SHUTDOWN
SUNNYVALE, CA—January 17, 2000—Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4400/MAX4401 Rail-to-Rail® op amps that include a 1µA shutdown in tiny SC70 packages. These op amps consume 320µA in normal operation and achieve a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product. Operating from a single +2.5V to +5.5V supply, these unity-gain stable op amps are ideal in portable/battery-powered applications requiring low power without sacrificing bandwidth or gain accuracy.
Applications requiring a wide output swing and good gain accuracy and distortion benefit from the MAX4400/MAX4401's patented output architecture that drives a 2k ohm load to within 200mV of each rail, while sustaining 110dB open-loop gain and a 0.015% total harmonic distortion (THD).
The MAX4400 is offered in 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT23 packages, and the MAX4401 is offered in 6-pin SC70 and 6-pin SOT23 packages. They are specified over the automotive temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). Prices start from $0.60 (1000-up, factory direct, FOB USA).
