製品概要
MAX530は、低電力、12ビット、電圧出力型ディジタル-アナログコンバータ(DAC)で、電圧リファレンスと出力バッファアンプを内蔵し、+5V単一または±5Vデュアル電源で動作します。+5V単一電源での動作電流はわずか250µAで、携帯用やバッテリ駆動アプリケーションに最適です。 さらに、SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package)の面積はわずか0.1平方インチで、8ピンDIPよりも小型です。12ビットの分解能は、レーザトリミングされたDAC、オペアンプ、およびリファレンスによって実現され、外部調整は一切不要です。
内部ゲイン設定抵抗によって、DAC出力電圧レンジを0V～+2.048V、0V～+4.096V、または±2.048Vに設定することができます。外部抵抗やオペアンプを用いることなく4象限乗算が可能です。パラレルロジック入力はダブルバッファされており、4ビット、8ビット、および16ビットマイクロプロセッサとコンパチブルです。同様の機能を持つシリアルデータインタフェース付きDACについては、MAX531/MAX538/MAX539のデータシートを参照してください。
