製品概要
MAX629は、内部NチャネルMOSFETスイッチおよびプログラマブル電流制限機能を備えた低電力のDC-DCコンバータです。本製品は、0.8V～VOUTの入力電圧から最大±28Vの正または負バイアス電圧を供給するように設計されています。ブースト、フライバックおよびSEPICトポロジーが可能になっています。
MAX629の電流制限パルス周波数変調(PFM)制御方式は、広範囲の負荷条件において高効率を提供します。0.5A NチャネルMOSFETスイッチを内蔵しているため全部品点数が削減され、スイッチング周波数が高いため(300kHzまで)、超小型の表面実装コイルが使用できます。
MAX629は、低消費電流、ロジック制御シャットダウン、小型パッケージおよび超小型外部部品といった特長を備えているため、バッテリ駆動アプリケーションに最適な超小型の高効率高電圧バイアスの解決法となっています。MAX629は、8ピンSOパッケージで提供されています。
