製品概要
MAX2510は、ディジタルワイヤレスアプリケーション用の完全高集積化IFトランシーバです。+2.7V～+5.5Vの電源電圧で動作し、高度システムパワーマネジメント用に4つの動作モードを備えています。シャットダウンモードでは、消費電流が0.2µAまで低減します。
標準的なアプリケーションでは、レシーバがダブルバランスドミキサを使用して、ハイIF/RF (最大600MHz)をローIF (最大30MHz)にダウンコンバートします。レシーバ部のその他の機能としては、チップ外のIFフィルタを駆動できるIFバッファ、受信信号強度表示(RSSI)の単調性が90dBの内蔵リミティングアンプおよびCMOS入力を直接駆動するように設計された強力な差動リミッタ出力ドライバが挙げられます。トランスミッタ部は、直交変調器を使用してIおよびQベースバンド信号を100MHz～600MHzのIFにアップ変換します。送信出力は直線性の良い0dBm～-40dBmの可変出力で、SAWフィルタを駆動するように簡単にマッチングすることができます。
MAX2511はMAX2510と似た機能を持っていますが、イメージリジェクトミキサを使用してローIFをアップコンバートします。また、MAX2511ダウンコンバータはMAX2510と似たリミッタ/RSSI段により、イメージ除去を実現しています。
