製品概要
MAX1098/MAX1099は、それぞれ+5V/+3V電源を使って、10ビット分解能でローカルとリモート両方の温度検出を行います。キャリブレーションは必要とせず、精度は0℃～+70℃の範囲で±1℃です。本デバイスはアルゴリズム的スイッチトキャパシタ式アナログディジタルコンバータ(ADC)、オンチップクロック、およびSPI™、QSPI™およびMICROWIRE™とコンパチブルな3線シリアルインタフェースを備えています。
MAX1098/MAX1099は、正入力と負入力で別々のトラックアンドホールド(T/H)を使用して10ビット分解能の完全差動電圧測定を行います。いずれのデバイスも、2対の3チャネル信号、フローティングコモンを基準とする5つの1チャネル信号あるいはグランドを基準とするVDD /4からなる多様な入力モードを許容します。高精度電圧測定用に外部リファレンスを使用することも可能です。
標準消費電力は僅か1.3mW (MAX1099)です。シャットダウンモードおよび2つのスタンバイモードにより、サンプリングスループットがそれ程高くないポータブルアプリケーションにおいてバッテリ寿命を延ばすために様々な方法を構成できます。
MAX1098/MAX1099は16ピンSSOPパッケージで提供されます。
