製品概要
DS1500は、アラーム、ウォッチドッグタイマ、パワーオンリセット、バッテリモニタ、256バイトの内蔵不揮発性(NV) SRAM、外部SRAMバックアップ用NVコントロール、および32.768kHz出力を備えたフル機能の2000年問題対応リアルタイムクロック/カレンダ(RTC)です。ユーザによるDS1500内部の全レジスタへのアクセスは、フルデータシート図7に図示のバイト幅インタフェースによって行われます。RTCレジスタには、24時間バイナリコードの10進(BCD)形式で世紀、年、月､日､曜日、時間、分、秒の各データが含まれています。日付とうるう年の補正は自動です。
