製品概要
MAX9550/MAX9551/MAX9552は、TFT LCD用のVCOM電源を供給します。MAX9550/MAX9551/MAX9552は大電流をソース/シンクし、VCOM電圧を急速に復元するため、TFT LCDに最適です。出力は、2µs以内で0.1%以内にセトリングします。また、MAX9550/MAX9551/MAX9552は、直列抵抗を必要とせずにTFT LCDのVCOMレイヤにおける容量性負荷を直接駆動します。
MAX9550/MAX9551/MAX9552は、それぞれシングル、デュアル、およびクワッドチャネルVCOMアンプを備えています。MAX9550/MAX9551/MAX9552はチャネル当り最大800mAのピーク電流を駆動し、最大20Vまで動作することができます。これらのデバイスは、突入電流を低減するソフトスタート、出力短絡保護、および熱シャットダウンを備えています。
MAX9550は、エクスポーズドパッド付きの8ピンµMAX®パッケージおよび省スペース5ピンThin SOT23パッケージで提供されます。MAX9551は、エクスポーズドパッド付きの8ピンµMAXパッケージで提供されます。MAX9552は、14ピンTSSOPパッケージで提供されます。全デバイスとも、-40℃～+85℃の温度範囲での動作が保証されています。
