MAX6736～MAX6745は、低電力デュアル/トリプル電圧マイクロプロセッサ(µP)監視回路です。監視対象電源電圧のいずれかが出荷時設定スレッショルドや可変スレッショルドを下回る場合にこれらのデバイスはリセットをアサートし、全電源電圧がそれぞれのスレッショルドを上回った後に最小タイムアウト期間の間リセットを保持します。デュアル/トリプル監視回路を内蔵しているため、個別のICやディスクリート部品に比べサイズと電力が大幅に削減されます。6µAの低消費電流により、これらのデバイスはポータブル機器に最適です。
MAX6736/MAX6737は、マニュアルリセット入力付きのデュアル固定電圧µP監視回路です。MAX6738/MAX6739は、1つの固定および1つの可変リセットスレッショルド入力と、マニュアルリセット入力を備えています。MAX6740/MAX6743は、2つの固定および1つのユーザ可変リセットスレッショルド入力付きのトリプル電圧µP監視回路です。MAX6741/MAX6744 は、電源シーケンスに最適なパワーOK (POK)出力付きのデュアル電圧µP監視回路です。MAX6742/MAX6745は1次VCC電源電圧を監視して、独立したパワーフェイルコンパレータを備えています。
MAX6736～MAX6745は、出荷時設定のリセットスレッショルド電圧オプションにより1.8V～5.0VのI/O電源電圧(VCC1)および0.9V～3.3Vのコア電源電圧(VCC2)を監視します(フルデータシートの｢Table 1 (表1)｣参照)。外部可変RSTIN入力オプションを使って、最低0.5Vまで電圧を監視することができます。
マニュアルリセット入力およびパワーフェイル入出力機能とともに、さまざまなプッシュプルまたはオープンドレインリセット出力が提供されます(フルデータシートの｢Selector Guide (選択ガイド)｣参照)。MAX6736～MAX6745は省スペース5ピンSC70パッケージで提供され、-40℃～+85℃の温度範囲で動作します。
