製品概要
ディジタルサーモメータ/サーモスタットのDS1626およびDS1726は、-55℃～+125℃範囲の温度測定機能とスタンドアロンサーモスタット機能を備えています。DS1626は0℃～+70℃の範囲における精度が±0.5℃で、DS1726は-10℃～+85℃の範囲における精度が±1℃です。測定温度の分解能は、ユーザが9～12ビットで選択できます。DS1626およびDS1726との通信は、3線式シリアルバスで行なわれます。
DS1626とDS1726は、サーモスタット機能として、3個の専用サーモスタット出力(THIGH、TLOW、TCOM)を備え、内蔵EEPROMに、ユーザプログラマブルな、上限温度(TH)と下限温度(TL)のスレッショルドが保存できます。スタンドアロンサーモスタット動作では、実装前にTHとTLをプログラムすることができ、DS1626/DS1726は電源オン時に、自動的に温度測定を開始するように設定できます。フルデータシートの｢Table 1 (表1)｣ではユーザアクセス可能なレジスタをまとめています。｢Figure 1 (図1)｣はファンクションダイアグラムです。
