製品概要
MAX8614A/MAX8614Bはデュアル出力ステップアップDC-DCコンバータで、それぞれ個別に制御される正および負電源電圧を生成します。2.7V～5.5Vの入力電圧で負出力は最大100mAを供給し、正出力は最大50mAを供給します。MAX8614A/MAX8614Bは、CCDイメージングデバイスとディジタルカメラやその他のポータブル機器におけるディスプレイの給電に最適です。
MAX8614A/MAX8614Bは、最大+24Vの可変正出力電圧と、入力電圧を最大16V下回る負出力を生成します。MAX8614Bの電流制限は、MAX8614Aに比べ大きくなっています。両方のデバイスとも1MHzの固定周波数で動作し、敏感なアプリケーションでのノイズフィルタリングを容易にし、外付け部品のサイズを削減します。
その他の機能には、各種CCD用の端子で選択可能なパワーオンシーケンス、True Shutdown™過負荷保護、障害フラグ、および突入電流を制御する内部ソフトスタートなどがあります。
MAX8614A/MAX8614Bは3mm x 3mmの省スペース14ピンTDFNパッケージで提供され、-40℃～+85℃の拡張温度範囲での動作が保証されています。
