MAX16025～MAX16030は、小型TQFNパッケージで提供されるデュアル/トリプル/クワッド電圧モニタ/シーケンサです。これらのデバイスは、ロジック入力によって選択する固定/可変スレッショルドを可能にし、外付け小容量コンデンサによるシーケンスタイミングを提供して、飛躍的な設計のフレキシビリティを実現します。これらの汎用デバイスは、広い範囲のマルチ電圧アプリケーション用に最適です。
各監視対象入力の電圧が各スレッショルドを上回ると、伝搬遅延またはコンデンサで設定された時間遅延後にそれぞれに対応する出力がハイになります。電圧がそのスレッショルドを下回ると、各出力は伝搬遅延後にローになります。また、各検出回路は、パワーグッド出力を個別にシャットオフ可能なイネーブル入力もそれぞれ内蔵しています。検出器ごとに独立した出力がプッシュプル、またはオープンドレイン構成で用意され、オープンドレインバージョンは最大28Vの電圧に対応可能で、各種DC-DCレギュレータの入力をシャットダウンおよびイネーブルするためにこれらを接続することができます。各検出器は4つの独立した監視回路として個別に動作したり、またはデイジーチェーン接続して電源シーケンスを制御したりすることができます。
また、MAX16025～MAX16030は、個々に監視される電圧のすべてがそれぞれのスレッショルドを超えた場合に限りデアサートするリセット機能も搭載しています。リセットタイムアウトを内部で固定するか、または外部から設定することができます。これらのデバイスは4mm x 4mmのTQFNパッケージで提供され、-40℃～+125℃の温度範囲での動作が完全保証されています。
