DS26514はT1、E1、J1アプリケーション向けの4ポートフレーマおよびラインインタフェースユニット(LIU)を組み合わせたものです。各ポートは個別に設定可能で、長距離および短距離ラインの両方をサポートします。シングルチップトランシーバ(SCT)のDS26514は8ポートのDS26518とソフトウェアおよびピンコンパチブルで、DS26528およびその派生製品と概ねソフトウェアコンパチブルとなります。

主な特長
- 4つの完全なT1、E1、またはJ1長距離/短距離トランシーバ(LIUプラスフレーマ)
- トランシーバごとにT1、E1、またはJ1を個別に選択可能
- インピーダンスマッチング回路完全内蔵、外付け抵抗不要
- 100Ω T1ツイストペア、110Ω J1ツイストペア、120Ω E1ツイストペア、および75Ω E1同軸アプリケーション用のソフトウェア選択可能な送信および受信側終端
- ヒットレス保護スイッチング
- 水晶不要のジッタ減衰器を送信または受信経路に選択可能。ジッタ減衰器はETS CTR 12/13、ITU-T G.736、G742、G.823、およびAT&T Pub 62411に準拠
- 外部マスタクロックをT1/J1またはE1動作用に2.048MHzまたは1.544MHzの倍数に設定可能。このクロックはホストモードでT1またはE1に内部で対応。
- 受信信号レベルの表示：-2.5dB～-36dB (T1モード)、-2.5dB～-44dB (E1モード) (約2.5dB単位で増加)
- 送信のオープンおよびショートの検出
- G.775、ETS 300 233、およびT1.231に準拠したLIU LOS
- 送信シンクロナイザ
