製品概要
MAX9657は、入力シンクチップクランプ内蔵、小型、低電力、クワッドビデオアンプです。この製品は、15MHzの帯域幅を特長とし、標準画質ビデオ信号だけでなく、解像度640 x 480でリフレッシュレート最大85Hzのビデオグラフィックスアレイ(VGA)信号にも最適です。
MAX9658は、ローパスフィルタと入力シンクチップクランプを内蔵したクワッドビデオアンプです。これらのローパスフィルタは、通常9.5MHzまで±1dBの通過帯域平坦性、および27MHzで47dBの減衰を備えています。MAX9658は、コンポジットビデオ信号に特に適しており、ディジタルビデオレコーダの入力に対するアンチエイリアスフィルタリングや、SCARTセットトップボックスの出力に対する再生フィルタリングの実行に最適です。
いずれのデバイスも、受信ビデオ信号を入力にAC結合する必要があります。入力シンクチップクランプは、ビデオ信号の内部DCレベルを設定します。
これらのアンプの利得は2V/Vで、出力を75Ω負荷(2つのビデオ負荷と等価)にDC結合するか、または150Ω負荷にAC結合することができます。
MAX9657/MAX9658は、いずれも低電力シャットダウンモードを備えており、消費電流を35µAに低減します。
MAX9657/MAX9658は、2.7V～3.6Vの単一電源で動作し、-40℃～+125℃の自動車用温度範囲での動作が保証され、小型16ピンQSOPパッケージで提供されています。
