製品概要
MAX9650/MAX9651は、レイルトゥレイルの入力と出力を備えたシングルチャネルとデュアルチャネルのVCOMアンプです。MAX9650/MAX9651は、チャネル当り最大1300mAのピーク電流を駆動することが可能で、最大20Vまで動作することができます。
MAX9650/MAX9651は、大型TFT LCDパネルのVCOM電圧を安定した状態で保持するために大電流を迅速にソース/シンクするように設計されています。
MAX9650/MAX9651は、40V/µsのスルーレートと35MHzの帯域幅を備えており、120HzのフレームレートとフルHDテレビに対して出力を迅速にセトリングします。
MAX9650/MAX9651は、出力短絡保護とサーマルシャットダウンを備えています。これらのデバイスは、優れた熱放散を確保するためにエクスポーズドパッド付きのパッケージで提供されます。
