製品概要
DS3065WPは、スタティックRAM、不揮発性(NV)コントローラ、およびリアルタイムクロック(RTC)で構成されています。これらの部品は、表面実装型サブストレイトにパッケージされており、DS9034IPCX+バッテリキャップのアセンブリ後の取り付けが不要です。VCCがモジュールに印可されているときは常に、このデバイスはクロックとSRAMが外部電源から給電され、クロックレジスタまたはSRAMの内容を変更することができます。VCCがパワーダウンするか、許容範囲外になると、コントローラはメモリの内容を書込み保護し、クロックとSRAMにバッテリから給電します。
