製品概要
DS3911は、10ビットのデルタシグマ出力不揮発性(NV)デジタルコントローラであり、温度センサーとそれに対応するアナログ-デジタルコンバータ(ADC)を内蔵しています。内蔵温度センサーは、-40℃～+100℃の温度範囲をカバーする最大2℃分解能のNVルックアップテーブル(LUT)を参照します。LUTは、デルタシグマデジタル-アナログコンバータ(DAC)の出力を直接駆動します。このLUTをベースとしたフレキシブルなアーキテクチャによって、このデバイスは任意のスロープの温度補償されたDAC出力を提供することができます。プログラミングは、最大400kHzの速度で動作するI²C対応のインタフェースによって行われます。
