ショットキーダイオード：｢ショットキーバリア接合｣で実現されるダイオード。従来型の半導体ダイオードで使用されるP-N接合に対し金属-半導体接合。ショットキーダイオードは高切替え速度および順方向の電圧低下を実現するためによく選ばれる。
