ユニバーサルシリアルバス(USB)：外部デバイス(ディジタルカメラ、スキャナ、およびマウスなど)をコンピュータに接続できるようにする規格ポート。USB規格は3つの速度でデータ転送をサポート：ロースピード(1.5Mbps)、フルスピード(12Mbps)およびハイスピード(480Mbps)。
