製品概要
MAX8215は5つの電圧コンパレータを内蔵し、その内4つは+5V、-5V、+12V、および-12Vの監視用、5つ目は任意の電圧の監視用です。MAX8216は、±12Vの代わりに±15Vを監視すること以外は同機能です。これらの電圧を監視するための抵抗、およびコンパレータにヒステリシスを与えるための抵抗は内蔵されています。すべてのコンパレータは、オープンドレイン出力を備えています。これらの製品の消費電流は全動作温度範囲にわたりわずか250µA (max)です。
