デュアル温度制御不揮発性(NV)可変抵抗器のDS1847は、2個の256ポジションリニア可変抵抗器で構成されています。DS1847-050は1つの10kΩ抵抗器と1つの50kΩ抵抗器で構成されていますが、DS1847-010は2つの10kΩ抵抗器で構成されており、これらはともにダイレクト-ディジタル変換の温度センサを内蔵しています。このデバイスは、制御アプリケーションにおける温度補償されたバイアス電圧とバイアス電流の設定を最小限の回路で実現する理想的な方法を提供します。
