LOW-VOLTAGE QUAD SWITCH FAMILY FEATURES 10 Ohms ON-RESISTANCE
SUNNYVALE, CA-August 31, 1999-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4614/MAX4615/MAX4616 low-voltage low-on-resistance quad analog switches. Each device operates from a single +2.0V to +5.5V supply and features a low 10 ohms max on-resistance at +5V. The MAX4614 is pin-compatible with the industry-standard 74HC4066 and CD4066 switches.
Fast switching times of 12ns tON, 10ns tOFF at +25°C make these devices ideal for use in high-speed data-acquisition systems or communications circuits. Each of the four switches offers guaranteed 1 ohm max matching and flatness. All digital inputs have +0.8V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a +5V supply.
The MAX4614 features four normally open (NO) switches, and the MAX4615 has four normally closed (NC) switches. The MAX4616 has two NO and two NC switches. All are available in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP, SO, and DIP packages. Prices start from $0.80 (1000-up, FOB USA).
