高出力ドライブ、シャットダウン付10MHzレイルトゥレイル I/Oオペアンプ、小型6ピンSC70パッケージに封止
SUNNYVALE, CA-November 12, 2001-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4230MAX4234 single/dual/quad Rail-to-Rail® I/O op amps with low-power shutdown. These op amps operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and can swing to within 240mV from the rails while sinking or sourcing 30mA of output current. The MAX4230MAX4234 also boast an impressive 10MHz unity gain bandwidth and a 10V/µs slew rate, while consuming only 1.1mA of supply current.
The MAX4231/MAX4233, while in shutdown, reduce the supply current to 100nA and offer an on-board active pulldown circuit, keeping the output of the amplifier below 120mV with a 200 load. This low-output feature is critical when the device is used to control the bias of any GSM power amplifier (PA) in a wireless handset. The extended input voltage range, high-output drive currents, specialized shutdown output feature, and ultra-small packaging make these new op amps ideal to bias all GSM PAs found in wireless applications.
The MAX4230-MAX4234 op amps are guaranteed over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and are unity gain stable with capacitive loads up to 780pF. The single
MAX4230 (no shutdown) and MAX4231 (with shutdown) are offered in tiny 6-pin SC70 packages. The dual MAX4232 (no shutdown) and MAX4233 (with shutdown) come in a space-saving 8-pin SOT23 and the ultra-small UCSP package measuring 1.5mm x 2.1mm. The quad MAX4234 is offered in the 14-pin TSSOP package.
Prices for the MAX4230 and MAX4231 start at $0.36 (1000-up, FOB USA).
