低電力、シングル/デュアル電圧μPリセット、コンデンサで調整可能なタイムアウト付
Note to Editor: The MAX6412MAX6420 are single/dual-voltage microprocessor (µP) supervisors that offer a capacitor-adjustable timeout feature while consuming only 1.7µA of quiescent current.
SUNNYVALE, CA-February 6, 2002-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX6412MAX6420 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits. Designed to monitor supply rails of 1.8V to 5V in µP and digital systems, these small devices consume only 1.7µA of supply current, making them perfect for portable applications.
Whenever any of the monitored voltages fall below the reset threshold or manual reset is asserted, the reset output asserts and stays asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold and manual reset is deasserted. The reset timeout can be adjusted with an external capacitor to meet all processor-timing requirements. Thirty-five factory-trimmed voltage thresholds are available from 1.575V to 5V in approximately 100mV.
These devices are available with three reset options: an active-low, push-pull output (MAX6412/MAX6415/MAX6418), an active-high, push-pull output (MAX6413/MAX6416/MAX6419), and an active-low, open-drain output (MAX6414/MAX6417/MAX6420). The MAX6412/MAX6413/MAX6414 feature a manual reset input. The MAX6415/MAX6416/
MAX6417 offer an externally adjustable reset threshold that can monitor down to 1.26V. The MAX6418/MAX6419/MAX6420 feature an auxiliary reset input for monitoring a secondary voltage down to 1.26V.
These devices are available in a 5-pin SOT23 package and are fully specified from -40?C to +125?C. Prices start at $0.91 (2500 or 10,000-up, FOB USA).
