最高の安定性を持つSCSIターミネータ
DALLAS, TX-April 29, 2002-Dallas Semiconductor introduces the DS2120 low-voltage differential (LVD)-only SCSI terminator, fully compliant with LVD-SCSI SPI-3, SPI-4, Ultra160, and Ultra320 specifications.
The zero-temperature coefficient-resistor networks in the DS2120 are laser trimmed to better than 5% accuracy. The temperature stability of the resistor networks ensure that the resistance stays within tolerance over the operating temperature range.
The DS2120 automatically changes modes and disconnects from the bus when it senses a high-voltage differential or single-ended bus master, and connects to the bus when it detects an LVD bus master. A built-in mode-change delay prevents erroneous mode changes caused by glitches or short pulses on the DIFF_CAP pin.
The DS2120 has two package options to maintain pin compatibility with the DS2118MB and DS2119ME multimode terminators. The DS2120B is available in a 36-pin SSOP and the DS2120E in a 28-pin TSSOP. Prices start at $1.45 and $1.34 (1000-up, FOB USA) for the DS2120B and DS2120E, respectively.
