超高精度、オールシリコン、デュアルクロック発振器
DALLAS, TX—February 16, 2004—Dallas Semiconductor (NASDAQ: MXIM) introduces the DS1099, a low-cost, low-power, low-frequency EconOscillator. It is the industry's smallest single-component, all-silicon dual oscillator.
The DS1099 EconOscillator provides two independently programmed square-wave outputs, consuming minimal space and requiring no external outputs. Both outputs are capable of sinking 16mA, which allows them to interface directly to light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and other external circuitry. The DS1099 operates in the 2.7V to 5.5V range and is available in the tiny 8-pin µSOP. It offers fixed frequencies from 0.25Hz to 1.048MHz with operation over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). Pricing begins at $.45 (1k-up, FOB USA).
EconOscillator is a trademark of Dallas Semiconductor.
